I personally only liked one of the arrangements. Which was the yellow one with Lillies but the personal bouquet was a mess I’m not gonna lie while the customer service was fantastic that will be the reason i return.

I called for an emergency order and delivery. The beautiful rose spray with green garnish for my uncle's homegoing was extremely beautiful and timely. It was there at the Funeral Home very quickly. Customer service was marvelous.

Cheylah's flowers provided a prompt, attentive flower decoration for a recent grief recognition i sent to my family. She was able to accommodate the request and made sure she reached out with questions on the order and what my preference would be. Absolute joy to deal with. I placed an order at 9:00am and a beautiful arrangement was delivered a few hours later. It was my first time ordering from this shop and would highly recommend. I had to call to correct an error I had made on the order and they were Super polite and it was no problem. 5 Stars A++

you cannot communicate with them. NEVER answer the phone and delivered my flowers late. Also, I paid for a teddy bear and was not delivered and a ballon. worse customer service. I will never ever use them again.
